At Erne Tiles we do offer a delivery free of charge within Co.Cavan on the orders €500 or above. Charges may be applied according to the standard courier price for orders that are less than €500 or if delivery is outside Co.Cavan. Please see below the approximate charge estimate for delivery service (charges inc.VAT).

Delivery Timeframes: We aim for delivery of items that are in stock within 3-10 working days (Tuesday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) from the date of order and full payment received. Approximate date and time slots for delivery will be confirmed on behalf of the warehouse. For more information on your delivery please contact the warehouse directly on : 049 43 38 986.

It is important you provide a four digit docket number on your request. Unstocked (special order tiles) will need to be ordered; the approximate lead time could take between 2-4 weeks. Please note, the indicated lead times are subject to change depending on the product availability. You will be notified by one of our member of staff once your order has arrived at the warehouse and is ready for delivery.

Free Collection

Free collection for the stocked items is available at our local warehouse in Ballyhaise (H12 YH50). Unstocked items are ready for collection within 2-4 weeks after the order has been placed and deposit is paid. You will be notified once the goods arrive at the warehouse.

Warehouse opening hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

  2. Will I be contacted prior to delivery? Yes, you will be contacted by one of our warehouse assistants with an approximate date and time of delivery. Please note, we can not guarantee the exact time of delivery.
  3. Restricted access to my delivery address: It is your responsibility as a customer to provide full information on any access issues at the checkout “comment” section. Lorry driver may refuse to unload the goods at any area that could cause damage to the vehicle.
  4. What if the goods delivered are damaged? We reassure that all goods/ orders are thoroughly examined before being dispatched. However, if the order received by you was found to be damaged, please contact us within the next 48 hours for further investigation. If we are at fault, your order will be replaced as soon as possible. We do recommend taking a quick 5-10 minute look at the goods before signing for delivery.
  5. Do we fit? No, we supply tiles and materials only.
  6. Calculating the area and the amount of tiles/materials. We are more than happy to provide you with a quotation if you have your measurements. This can be measured by yourself or the tiler.
