Policy of returns 

Erne Tiles allows the return of purchased goods any time before and up to 60 days after the delivery, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition. 

It is important you return any item to our local warehouse in Ballyhaise, Co.Cavan. You will be asked to provide an original quotation or delivery docket on the day of the return; a full refund must be processed by the way of the original payment method. 

However please note that cancellation of customised or special order tiles will not be accepted once your order has been processed and no returns or exchange will be available. In addition to this, goods sold as part of a Sale, promotion, clearance or as ex-display will not be accepted for return or exchange. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
